Returns and exchanges

Returns 
We have a 14 day return Policy. You are more than welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require you to send us your email of proof of purchase to info@differently.co.za . Once received we will contact you to set up a collection time and place suitable to you and will collect the item free of charge. If you would like to exchange the item we also do this free of charge.

We can only provide 1 exchange/return free of charge, should you want to exchange or return the item again you will need to cover the shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note we do not refund shipping costs .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. 

 

Black Friday (If applicable)

Our annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale will run from the 27th November 2020 - 30 November 2020. During this time period any purchases made on our highly discounted items will not be eligible for refunds. We will accept exchanges for items that don't fit or give you store credit for the amount you paid for the goods excluding the shipping fees.

Non exchangeable Items
For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns and refunds of body suits and swim suits.

Item doesn't fit ? Send an email to info@differently.co.za and we will contact you to get your items exchanged.

Shipping 
To return your product, please email info@differently.co.za and we will notify you of the process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
