Returns and exchanges

Returns 

We have a 14 day return Policy . You are more than welcome to return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require you to send us your email of proof of purchase to info@differently.co.za . Once received we will contact you to set up a collection time and place suitable to you and will collect the item free of charge. 

Free Returns

We offer free returns. Should you want to return the item email us at info@differently.co.za and we will organise a courier to collect the item from your preferred pick up location. Once the item is returned to us and has been verified that it is in an unused condition we will issue your refund (Please see refunds section below)

If you would like to exchange the item you will need to cover the shipping charge for the exchanged goods.

We do not offer free returns on discounted items or sale items.

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received , we will verify that the item is in an unused condition.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not refund shipping costs .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. 

 

Black Friday (If applicable)

We run an annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. During this time period any purchases made on our highly discounted items will not be eligible for refunds. We will accept exchanges for items that don't fit or give you store credit for the amount you paid for the goods excluding the shipping fees.

Non-exchangeable Items

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns and refunds of bodysuits and swimsuits.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Item doesn't fit? Send an email to info@differently.co.za and we will contact you to get your items exchanged.

Shipping 
Should your item meet our free return conditions, we will collect your unwanted item from you free of charge. You will be liable for the newly exchanged goods shipping charge from us to you. We will organise the courier at a flat shipping rate of R60.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
