Returns and exchanges

We want returns and exchanges to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read the information below before submitting a request.


Return criteria (what we accept)

You may request a return or exchange if all of the following apply:

  • Items are unused

  • Items are in the same condition as received

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items were purchased via our online store

Items must be returned in their original packaging.


What we don’t accept

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items purchased in person at pop-up stores or markets



At a glance

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery

  • Return shipping: Free (eligible online orders only)

  • Exchange delivery fee: R80

  • Collection days: Weekdays, 8am–5pm

  • Collection notice: 1–2 working days


How the process works

All returns and exchanges must be initiated via your customer account.

  1. Log in to your customer account

  2. Select the order you’d like to return or exchange

  3. Submit a return request

Once your request is submitted:

  • You’ll receive an email with a link to our Returns and Exchanges form

  • Please complete the form with the required information

After reviewing your submission, we will:

  • Confirm your return or exchange by email, or

  • Contact you if we need any additional information


Preparing your package for collection

If your return is approved, we’ll arrange courier collection for you.

Please prepare your parcel as follows:

  • Place the garment back into the original packaging

  • Secure the parcel closed using duct tape, ensuring there are no open gaps

  • If you no longer have the original courier bag, please ask the courier for a new one at collection

  • You don’t need to complete any paperwork - we’ll handle this for you

The courier will arrive with a waybill for you to sign.


Collection details

  • You choose the collection date

  • Please allow 1-2 working days’ notice

  • Collections take place on weekdays between 8am and 5pm

  • We cannot guarantee a specific collection time

  • Return shipping is free on eligible items


Exchanges

If you request an exchange for a different item:

  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded

  • If the new item costs more, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference

Please note:

  • A R80 courier fee applies for delivery of the exchanged item

  • Exchanges will only be processed once:

    • We’ve received the original item back, and

    • The return courier payment has been made (if applicable)


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, a specified bank account, or store credit (depending on your preference)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds


Sale items & promotions

Sale or discounted items

  • Not eligible for refunds

  • Exchanges may be accepted where applicable

Black Friday & Cyber Monday

During these promotional periods:

  • Highly discounted items are not eligible for refunds

  • We will:

    • Accept exchanges for sizing issues, or

    • Offer store credit for the value paid (excluding shipping fees)


Shipping for exchanges

  • Eligible returns are collected free of charge

  • Exchanged items are delivered at a flat rate of R80

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location
